We are an established U.S.-based property preservation company looking for a **reliable and experienced property preservation vendor, handyman, or helper** to complete an urgent property assignment in Whitehall, WI.
We are looking for someone dependable who can handle the job professionally and is interested in building a long-term working relationship with our company.
### 🛠️ Scope of Work
* Complete property trashout
* Remove debris from all interior and exterior areas
* Broom-sweep all interior rooms after the trashout
* Lawn maintenance, including grass cutting
* Shrub and tree trimming
### 📸 Mandatory Trashout Photo Requirements
**1. Complete Trashout**
Remove all debris and unwanted items from the following areas:
* Interior rooms
* Exterior areas
* Basement
* Attic
* Garage
* All outbuildings
**2. Required Documentation Photos**
The following photos are mandatory for job completion and payment documentation:
1. **Before Photos:** Clear photos of every area and all debris before starting work.
2. **During-Work Photos:** Photos showing the removal and disposal of items from inside the property.
3. **Empty Truck Photos:** Photos of the empty truck with a tape measure visible to document truck dimensions.
4. **Truck Fill-Level Photos:** Clear photos showing the truck at the following stages:
* ¼ full
* ½ full
* ¾ full
* Completely full
5. **Full Truckload Photos:** For every trip, provide clear photos of the fully loaded truck with hand signals indicating the trip number (1st trip, 2nd trip, 3rd trip, etc.).
6. **CYD Documentation:** Provide clear, wide-angle photos of each full truckload to support cubic-yard calculations and documentation.
7. **Final After Photos:** Once the work is completed, provide clear, wide-angle photos of the entire property, including all interior and exterior areas.
**⚠️ Important:** At least **150 clear after photos** are required for the entire property.
### 🧹 Broom-Sweep Requirements
All interior rooms must be thoroughly broom-swept after the trashout is completed.
Required documentation:
* Before photos
* During-work photos
* After photos showing the completed work
### 👷 Who We're Looking For
* Experience in property preservation or a strong handyman background
* Ability to handle trashouts, lawn maintenance, and general property maintenance
* Must have the necessary equipment and tools to complete the work
* Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
* Own transportation and basic tools preferred
* Willingness to follow strict photo documentation requirements
