Window air conditioner. Fits into the window channels bottom and sides. Top is adjustable. Requires support on the exterior side. Believe it is a 10,000 BTU unit. Ht 22" +, Width 16", Intrusion 4", Extrusion 17.5". Works well can be seen running. From non-smoking, non-pet home. This unit was minimally used.
