The Sumitomo Ice Edge is a dedicated severe-weather winter tire designed for dependable traction in snow, slush, packed snow and icy conditions.
Its aggressive winter tread uses wide channels and extensive siping to help maintain grip in harsh winter weather, and the tire is also studdable for drivers who want additional traction on ice.
These came with approximately 13/32” of tread when new and currently measure around 7/32”, so they still have usable winter tread remaining.
