About the Role:
Level Up Renovations, LLC is actively seeking a licensed and insured General Contractor / Trade Subcontractor for ongoing residential renovation and property upgrade projects across the greater Wheeling, WV area.
We have a continuous pipeline of projects and are looking for a reliable, quality-driven professional to partner with long-term. We offer competitive rates, consistent job flow, and prompt payment upon milestones.
Key Responsibilities & Scope:
Execute full-scope residential renovation and turnover projects.
Hands-on execution of rough and finish electrical work (upgrades, troubleshooting, fixture installs).
Execution/troubleshooting of plumbing systems (rough-ins, repairs, fixture replacements).
Framing, drywall, trim, and general finish carpentry as required.
Maintain clean job sites, meet project timelines, and deliver code-compliant craftsmanship.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven hands-on general contracting/renovation experience.
Strong electrical troubleshooting/installation skills (Journeyman or equivalent trade experience strongly preferred).
Solid plumbing capabilities (water lines, drains, fixtures).
Must own reliable work transportation and professional-grade tools.
Strong communication, reliability, and project time management.
