Operates fine. Clean. From a climate-controlled, non-smoking home. I'm remodeling and no room for it any longer. It was used for a couple years off and on.

Bring 2 people and a pickup truck to move it...it is heavy. It is on the ground floor, so no stairs to navigate. I'm in Bethlehem, WV near Elm Grove, WV.
