Have an area that is suppose to be mondo grass and different small plants and a couple palm trees. Got busy doing other things and the area got overrun with weeds and rubbish type grass not meant to be there. Looking for someone that is willing to get on their hands and knees (using carpet remnant or knee pads) to hand pull out the invasive grass and weeds. I am willing to negotiate a set price for the entire area, is about sixty feet long by three feet wide. I am not willing to pay by the hour because past experience with some others have taught me that they will just dilly dally and take their sweet time to stretch out the job for more money.
I just weeded the gravel area in front of the mondo grass area, took me two hours to hand weed the entire area. I am thinking a motivated individual will be able to pull out the grass and roots and weeds and roots in six to eight hours, faster if you are experienced in pulling weeds. There is no really difficult stuff to pull out, just hot and dirty and muddy work that is manual labor.
