You're in luck! It's still available! When you write, please let me know what day and time you would like to stop by between 11:30 a.m. and midnight -- and whether in my driveway in clear view of nine other houses, or the Wheaton Police Department vestibule. Because of massive data harvesting on this site, I do not text or make phone calls. I reply only to emails through this link and to no other. I do not reply to, "Is it still available" because that generally indicates spam.
New, never used. If you understand dive lights, you know Bobby Franklin's setup is the best for many reasons. My three favorite reasons are the following, which no other manufacturer incorporates:
1. Latchless battery canister is not a snag hazard like many other canister are;
2. Sealed external charging system: battery recharges by simply sitting in its charging base where you never open the battery or any port or plug to do that! No gasket or o-ring is disturbed. Execute your next dive with confidence that you didn't "ding" the o-ring during charging and won't flood your expensive light!
3. Constant voltage: three parallel sets of five-in-series 18650 batteries provide unequaled starting power and lasting power so that light and/or heating systems do not strain under load when voltage suffers nearing end-of-charge. This is a critical part of the design that no other manufacturer addresses, and provides constant power to the end--not an over-driven light that keeps dimming during the dive, overheats, or a heating system that you have to keep cranking to a higher level during the dive. If you do not understand this, read more before you buy your next light, not after!
Specs:
• Made entirely in USA and supported in USA
• 160 watt-hours
• Battery overcharge, discharge, short circuit, and over-current protection
• 600-foot depth rating
• UN/DOT 38.3 rating, TSA-safe, and is certified for safe transport of lithium batteries (including air travel)
Bobby made this 160 watt-hour battery canister as one of his last. He was thereafter unable to source components to build 160 watt-hour batteries, so the current batteries he now builds are a maximum of 124 watt-hours. Why settle for less? Take the most power underwater with the best battery, light, and heating system you can.
I also have an Underwater Light Dude new, never used charger and SECS charging base for additional purchase. Ask me about a brand new Underwater Light Dude 5K video light as well, or a used Underwater Light Dude LD-40 dive light! Video light head is shown as additional purchase.
