Ardenmark Painting Group, a division of Stonebridge Holdings LLC, is building relationships with established independent painting subcontractor businesses for upcoming residential interior, exterior and select light-commercial projects in Wheaton and the surrounding western suburbs.
We are seeking reliable, quality-focused subcontractor crews that can provide complete fixed-price bids for labor and materials based on a written project scope.
Requirements:
• Operate an established independent painting business
• Provide a completed W-9
• Carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage when legally required
• Supply your own crew, transportation, tools, ladders and equipment
• Purchase and provide materials when included in the project scope
• Have experience with preparation, drywall patching, walls, ceilings, trim, doors and exterior surfaces
• Protect customer property and maintain a clean, professional jobsite
• Provide references and photos of completed work
• Communicate reliably and meet agreed project schedules
Compensation is determined separately for each project. You will receive a written scope and submit an all-inclusive fixed-price bid. This is an opportunity for established independent subcontractor businesses and is not an hourly employment position.
