Clancy’s Restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team.
This is a hands-on leadership position for a seasoned culinary professional with proven experience in a high-volume, fine-dining kitchen. Candidates must be comfortable leading a crew of line cooks, have extensive knowledge of all kitchen stations, and be able to step onto the line and execute at a high level from day one.
We are looking for someone who brings strong leadership, technical skill, consistency, organization, and accountability to the kitchen. Prior experience as a sous chef or in a comparable kitchen leadership role is required.
Clancy’s is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday. Salary is competitive, based on experience, and negotiable.
