Im renting my 1 Bedroom in-law apartment/master suite below me, which is closer to the lake. This apartment is newly remodeled and lightly furnished. It's equipped with a wood stove as well as oil baseboard heat and a 75" tv.
This cozy beachfront unit is on a private lake. It includes a large deck and an outdoor shower as well. Very friendly neighbor to my right who is only here in summers every other weekend and nobody to the left.
Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, golfing, or even a cozy fire in the summer or snowboarding, skiing, ice fishing in the winter.

This house is 1 minute from the Westminster Country Golf Club and 5 minutes from Mt. Wachusett ski-resort.
