Need SOD and Gopher wire installed TRADE FOR 2006 FORD F150 WORK TRUCK (Westminster)

TRADE: My 2006 Ford F150 XLT Xtra Cab 4-Door Truck.
Truck needs love, has like 189k, 5.4L V8, automatic transmission, all power, registration was canceled due to sitting no insurance, runs ok, has a misfire - Its a bad coil pack (easy to replace, I'd do all of them), interior needs cleaning, needs tires, perfect beater work pickup. Truck is worth maybe $2,500-$3,000 ish.
Clean clear California title that on its way. Registration is on NON-OP PNO. So no Back fees.
Trade to have someone finish this job for the following below (something like the last two pictures).
- Finish removing some old grass and dirt (you supply labor and disposal)
- Finish leveling ground (you supply labor).
- New gopher wire laid down (you supply wire & labor).
- New Sod grass laid down (you supply labor & new Sod).
- Small walkway installed front left by driveway (I have sand & pavers).
- New sprinkler heads installed on the right side (I have replacement heads).
