In October 2019, I was invited to the prestigious Channel Island brand in Santa Barbara, California, to manufacture their boards at Klimax according to their specifications and details.
This is nothing more than recognition of our good work and the quality of the shape finish and the final product that we have established under our name.
It has been over 40 years of perseverance and hard work that have given me all my experience and taught me that to succeed, you must be honest, consistent, and disciplined.
This formula is what has allowed me to proudly say today that I have fulfilled my dream and that I make surfboards that perform well for the best surfers in Peru and the world.

They have all been able to use and test the quality of the boards on some of the most demanding waves in the world, such as
Pipeline, Teahupo'o, Jaws, Puerto Escondido, etc.
I have also made boards for pros and legends of international surfing, such as Martin Potter, Damien Hardman, Nathan Hedges, Mikala Jones, and Sunny Garcia.
Twiggy Baker won the 2017 Big Wave World Championship using a Klimax 9'6" in the epic Puerto Escondido.
Rest assured that my motivation and enthusiasm will remain at their peak because I do what I love to do, and I will continue to develop designs and shapes that work and adapt to the evolution of surfing and innovative maneuvers for the next generations of surfers.
