- Own reliable transportation and able to drive to job sites throughout **Carroll, Baltimore, Frederick, and Howard counties, Maryland**.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Show up on time and ready to work.
- Follow directions, work well with others, and be willing to learn.
- Able to handle physical work, carry materials, and help keep job sites clean and organized.
Carpentry or construction experience preferred. **Strong work ethic and reliability are a must.**
