I have a commercial space and have it set up as a full practice studio. No noise or time restrictions For the property is commercial.
A little bit about me.
I had a real nice place in Union Bridge, but in December 2024, start experiencing strokes from the Covid vaccine  and have lost most of my vision. I have been out of the scene for a little over two years because of my health and I am considered legally blind, but basically very visually impaired, but I’m up and going again ready to rock ‘n’ roll looking to form a group of like-minded individuals who just wanna get together and have some fun and jam. get a short set list together and maybe play the Moose Lodge, American Legion , car shows or local flea markets every once in a while. I do have several good connections for getting out to local clubs and venues . I have a fully loaded space with everything needed all it needs is you and your instrument.
Basic recording abilities are available for burning CDs to present your music to local nightclubs and perspective venues.
16 channel mixer with 2400 and 1200 W crown amps driving  quality speakers ,  +2 quality Peavy amps as back up  five piece, pearl studio drum set with four symbols and cowbell  plus a real nice powerful fan with several speed setting behind you keeping you cool it’s all just  waiting for you and your sticks.  but I got them too if need be. 
Several amps for you to plug into and play or you’re more than welcome to bring your own. Plenty of electricity to handle whatever you bring. Base guitars plug into the sound system with a monitor aimed at the drummer so he can hear the base clearly.
You need a sound guy for your show. We have that covered as well.  with plenty of power to take your outdoor show to the next level. 
We also offer movie nights for communities and private events brought to you on a 22 foot blow up screen with 5.1 surround sound that will have you ducking out of the way when the airplanes fly by sounding like real life situations.
We provide audio for your local events  whether it be for a speaking engagement or music for your car show we have you covered.  we are not a DJ service. We  will just provide good quality music for your event .
If you’re a local music teacher looking for a place we got you covered perfect for individual music lessons and great for the drummer looking for a spot . Drummers you do not need to bring anything but your sticks we have you covered with a full set up to move and adjust to your liking .
