Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated Over-the-Road Truck Driver with a great driving record to join our growing team. If you have at least 2 years of recent experience driving Class A trucks, a clean MVR, and a positive attitude, you’ll fit right in. This is a great opportunity to enjoy competitive pay and weekly home time with a supportive local company.
What We Offer:
- Home Weekly – Most of our routes bring you home every week, with the option for longer hauls if you prefer.
- Great Pay – Earn an average of $1,500 - $1,800 per week based on percentage of the load. Paid weekly!
- Drive a Kenworth T680 or a Freightliner Columbia
- Fuel Card & Paid Toll Fees
Responsibilities:
- Transport goods safely and on time to our customers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Follow traffic laws and keep a clean driving record.
- Maintain accurate logs and records.
- Coordinate with dispatch and your team to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Keep your truck clean and well-maintained.
What You Need:
- At least 2 years of recent Class A CDL driving experience.
- Clean driving record and a good work ethic.
- Experience with both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
- Good Communication skills
About Us:
We are based in Westfield, NC. Most of our runs originate in the Piedmont region of North Carolina, going through the Midwest (Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, etc.), then returning home, depending on what is available on the load boards.
Our drivers can park their trucks at our lots in Westfield when not on the road, with the possibility of parking at your home in the future, if desired.
