We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Bar Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who knows how to create a great guest experience while keeping the bar running smoothly and profitably.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead and manage the bar team
• Create a positive, professional work environment
• Oversee daily bar operations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product costs
• Maintain beverage quality and consistency
• Train and develop bartenders and support staff
• Monitor labor, sales, and bar performance
• Ensure proper cash handling and responsible alcohol service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health/safety standards
• Help develop cocktails, specials, and promotional ideas
• Work closely with management to improve the overall guest experience
What we’re looking for:
• Previous bar management or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
