I have a beautiful wooden, what they call an expansion fence from The Lakeside Collection LTD4710 (no longer in the catalog). It stands 36 inches high at the posts and extends from 12 to 76 inches. It looks to me to be free standing. I don’t see in the almost non-existent instructions that it mounts to a doorway or wall but I’m sure it can be made to do that. It looks more decorative than sturdy enough to be a dog gate. Very pretty brown wood!
Package opened but never used.
