This device is used to isolate a turntable, or CD player from floor vibrations. It works by use of an inflateable bladder. Originally it came with a pump and power supply. These are missing. The power supply does nothing more than power the LED lights. These lights indicate when the unit is properly inflated. This can be done without, just by observation and feeling if the upper platter is suspended. The pump is necessary to inflate the internal bladder. An ordinary bicycle pump will work fine.
