Bought it new, I added the oil, started it and let it run for 20 minutes to break it in like the manual says.
I also start it every 4/6 months not to let it just sit. Its like new with about one hour of run time on it.
also added a gas shut off valve,which it did not have when i purchased.

Comes with operation manual.Kept in a warm basement.
