Hello! We are two nerds, and one artist, looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible, as our current roommate had to move for an immediate opportunity. This unit is on the second floor of a building with the lower floor being a commercial space, with a large common space and wildly different sized bedrooms. The unit is approximately L 10' W 10' H 8'10'. The bedroom comes with a built in closet. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies.
We are close to University of Toronto’s downtown campus, Kensington Market, and Trinity Bellwoods Park.
We are close to a Food Basics and are a bit south of a 24 hour Metro grocery store.
Apartment has air conditioning.
