You will be staying in a healthy, quiet, clean home with two women: early 30’s & early 40’s. Creative, friendly and peaceful vibe. There is also a sweet cat (we can’t accommodate other pets). Queer/queer friendly.
The house is two floors. Room for sublet is on the main floor. There is a large living room, dining room and yoga room. The kitchen is big with a dishwasher. Laundry on the main floor. Two bathrooms (the downstairs bathroom is primarily yours but will occasionally be used by the other housemates) and there is also a cute balcony. The house has two flights of stairs. No smoking inside of house.
The neighbourhood is residential and beautiful with lots of trees and is close to everything.
