Hi! I'm working on a custom prototype and looking to collaborate with someone who has access to a 3D printer and basic CAD skills (Fusion 360, Tinkercad, or similar).
The goal is to design and print a snap-on articulated extension arm that clamps onto a smooth metal cylinder. It involves modeling a few mechanical linkage pieces and a split clamp collar.
What I bring:
Clear concept ideas, reference photos, and dimensions ready to go
Materials/hardware costs covered
What I'm looking for:
Someone interested in prototyping, testing flexure/joint tolerances, and printing a few test iterations (preferably in PETG or Tough PLA)
Open to discussing compensation or trade/collaboration terms for your time and machine effort
If you're into maker projects and custom functional prints and want to take on a quick collaborative build, shoot me a reply with a quick note on your setup or past work!
