Commercial Cleaning Company in West Palm Beach is looking for full and part time day porters and day matrons. Must have experience, be neat in appearance and speak English. Day porters must have valid driver license.
Responsibilities:
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong attention to detail
• Near appearance, dependable, ready to work on time
