Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
• Operate specialized equipment, ladders, and water-fed poles safely.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Participate in winter snow removal operations, including manual shoveling, operating snowblowers, and applying ice-melt.
• Maintain flexibility for early morning or late-night shifts during heavy winter snowstorms.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in professional window cleaning or a related physical trade.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (must pass I-9 verification).
• Ability to work comfortably on ladders and at various heights.
• Capability to perform strenuous physical labor, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and working in freezing winter conditions.
• Reliable transportation to our main office or dispatch location.
