Heavy duty Atwood detachable Nose. 8'' I beam frame rails perfect for thick insulation under floor when building a Tiny Home/House/Storage ect. Dooes have electric brakes, Plug is only for lights. new wiring.
Great for a mobile wood mill or whatever. Trailer use to have a park model home on it. I do have a title to go with it.
Trailer never seen salt no rust. It was sanded primed and painted with oil base tractor paint. Trailer can easly be shortened or add another axel if need be.
