Located between Tionesta and East Hickory at the end of a private road on the east side of RT 62, this cedar sided cabin sits on just under an acre that borders the ANF. With two bedrooms each with closets, a kitchen and living room, one bath, a utility room with stacked laundry and storage, a loft with closet and a walkout basement, it has had many improvements in the past year. There is a detached two car garage with electric and a new man door and a wood shed on the other side of the cabin. The cabin and garage have new stain, metal roofs and gutters/downspouts. The cabin has new interior paint, a new water filtration system, a new bathroom, a new fireplace with insert with blower and new ceiling fans and lights. The furnace and hot water tank are only a few years old. A french drain was installed on the east side of the garage and fresh gravel put on the driveway. A new kitchen countertop, range and dishwasher will be installed soon. There is deeded access to the Allegheny river which is about a few hundred yards to the west across RT 62. There is also a pond full of sunfish about a hundred yards away in the ANF. I own an adjoining vacant .67 acre lot which also borders the ANF that I'd include.
