significantly. All of it purchased new from J&L Building Materials in
Frazer, PA, a commercial supplier, not a big-box store. Post covers,
BuilderBoard and post skirts are new and unopened. Baluster boxes are
opened. Everything below was counted by hand. Stored indoors, never
weathered.
TimberTech Evolutions Rail in Classic Black. TimberTech has
DISCONTINUED this line. If you have an existing Evolutions Rail deck
and need to extend it, finish a section, or repair one, you can't buy
this new anymore.
This is a complete, matched system — not a pile of odd parts.
RAILING — four complete sections plus spares
- (5) BuilderBoard rails, 8' — BB2408CB-C
- (5) BuilderBoard rails, 6' — BB2406CB-C
Sold as 2-board packs (top + bottom rail), so this makes two
complete 8' sections and two complete 6' sections, with one
spare board of each length.
- 83 round metal balusters, black — all one type, enough for all
four sections with roughly 10 left over. Baluster connectors
and spacers included.

FASTENERS
- TimberTech CONCEALoc hidden fastener clips — 416 count, verified
by weight against a counted sample. Covers approx. 235 sq ft at
16" on-center joists. Brown — clips sit below the deck surface
and are not visible once installed. Includes 3 unopened bags of
the matching CONCEALoc screws (1-5/8", measured), enough to
install every clip.
- FastenMaster TrapEase 3 composite deck screws, 2-1/2", 350 count
each, in two colors: Havana Gold and Spiced Rum/Coastal Bluff.
Color-matched painted heads, ~100 sq ft per box (~200 sq ft
total). Take whichever matches your boards, or use both.
- FastenMaster ThruLOK 7" through-bolt replacement, 24 count with
washers and nuts.
Retail replacement on this lot is roughly $2,300. Asking $700 OBO for
everything.
Sold as-is, no warranty. I counted the balusters and weighed out the
clips myself, and I have part numbers on everything — happy to answer
fit questions or send more photos.
Cash, pickup only, West Chester PA area. Bring a truck or a long SUV —
the 8' boxes really are 8 feet.
