Built this boat in our garage; my son took it on many camping adventures in Maine and the Chesapeake Bay — including a 4 day trip out to Matinicus Island, Maine (20 miles off shore). This is a Chesapeake Light Craft kit https://clcboats.com/products/the-guider

We modified it for two different sailing rigs — both the standard CLC designed gaff rig as well as a modified mainsail/jib rig from a 420. Both are offered in this sale.

Also comes a $500+ pair of carbon fiber oars Dreher oars.

2024 Load Rite 3k capacity boat trailer is in excellent shape. I have title for the trailer.

Comes with a custom made canvas cover. All sails and rigging come with the package as well as 300’ anchor line and a Rochna 4 plough anchor and anchor mount on the bow; guzzler boat pump; vhf radio.
