This is a good one: 21 Foot Aluminum Telescoping Flagpole. Check out the website www.ezpole.com and look for the Liberty style pole and it will show you what we have here. 4 telescoping sections and a in ground base sleave aluminum pipe: (all sizes going up) 2.5" diameter section, 2.25" section, 2" section, 1.75" for the top last section.
All sections twist and lock and work ok, so you could put flag lower if want to. Missing components easily available from ezpole: Top Swivel Kit $ 18.00, Bottom Swivel Sleeve $14.00 and the Top Gold Topper $16.00. One more thing, the lock button for the bottom sleave is not working but all of the pipes twist and lock, so you won't need it anyway. Check out the operation on the website. Part is available for this.

You could have a flag for your yard for $135.00 total cost plus tax and probably shipping. Check out the pictures and the website to look at all the details. New Flag costs $ 345.00. You will also need to purchase a flag for the pole also.
