We are looking for a professional, driven, and hardworking Porter / Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time.
Daily responsibilities include cleaning a shopping center, changing trash cans, picking up trash, painting, completing property condition reports, and handling small repairs as needed.
Handyman, maintenance, or construction experience is REQUIRED. You must be comfortable using tools and completing basic repairs independently.
Must be reliable, have a valid driver’s license, and have dependable transportation.
