$3,550 total labor. I will purchase and provide all materials.
Work is estimated in 3-5 days, depending on experience and number of working hands.
Work includes approximately 1,250 sq. ft. of sod, final ground preparation/leveling, underground irrigation, a paver or stepping stone area around a gas fire pit, stepping-stone/gravel walkways, a small retaining wall around three trees, and final cleanup.
Much of the initial yard preparation has already been started.
I'm looking for people who have real landscaping/hardscape experience and know how to install pavers, sod and walkways properly. Irrigation experience is necessary.
No upfront labor deposit, but payment will be made in stages as completed portions of the work are finished. Can be negotiated before work begin.
We will meet at the property first and walk through everything so you can see exactly what needs to be done before agreeing to the job.
