Hello! I am a single mom looking for a female roommate. I have a 3 bedroom house in Wesley Chapel near Epperson area. You will have your own bedroom (not furnished), private bathroom with tub, washer, dryer, kitchen, and your own separate living room space in the front of the house (furnished), kitchen (you will need your own kitchen utensils) dishwasher, water, light, trash, internet is included with rent. I have a teenager son part time (every other week) but we are gone most nights for his soccer practices. I have 2 small sweet cats. We live very happily, quiet, organized, at peace, the ideal roommate would be respectful, bring no pets or kids, respect privacy, cleans after herself, responsible with rent, smoking inside is not allowed (outside smoking is ok), no male visitors are allowed or house parties. I am looking for a 3-6 month lease, but if things workout we can extend.
