Your Role
As an Operations Assistant, you'll help keep our properties running smoothly by coordinating guests, housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, and daily operations.
Every day is different—and you'll play an important role in creating memorable stays for our guests.
What You'll Do
🏡 Guest Operations
✓ Coordinate guest check-ins & check-outs
✓ Respond to guest questions
✓ Resolve operational issues
✓ Ensure every guest enjoys a smooth experience
🧹 Housekeeping
✓ Coordinate cleaning schedules
✓ Inspect rooms before arrivals
✓ Maintain cleanliness standards
✓ Track housekeeping performance
🔧 Property & Maintenance
✓ Conduct property inspections
✓ Coordinate repairs with contractors
✓ Follow up on maintenance issues
✓ Support renovation projects
📦 Inventory Management
✓ Monitor stock across properties
✓ Restock guest amenities
✓ Track missing or damaged items
✓ Verify deliveries
🤝 Supplier Coordination
✓ Work with vendors & contractors
✓ Compare quotations
✓ Schedule deliveries
✓ Verify completed work
📋 Administration
✓ Update operational reports
✓ Maintain property records
✓ Improve operational processes
✓ Support management on projects
Who We're Looking For
Essential
✔ Thai & English communication
✔ Highly organized
✔ Detail-oriented
✔ Strong multitasking skills
✔ Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
✔ Able to travel between properties in Bangkok
✔ Positive attitude & proactive mindset
Bonus If You Have
• Hospitality or hotel experience
• Airbnb or serviced apartment experience
• Property management experience
• Housekeeping coordination
• Maintenance coordination
• Inventory management experience
Working Hours
🕘 Flexible schedule
📅 7 days/week operations (rotational support)
☎ Available for urgent operational matters when required
Compensation
THB 15,000 – 20,000 / month for fulltime
THB 8,000-10,000 / month for parttime
(Depending on experience)
