Seeking a reliable, LGBTQ+ friendly production assistant to help film and organize digital content ranging from social-media-friendly material to mature, adult-oriented projects.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with camera ( will be using an ipone) , lighting, audio, and basic equipment setup
Helping frame shots and monitor recordings
Managing files, batteries, and equipment
Supporting talent and maintaining a professional, respectful set
Following production notes and confidentiality expectations
Requirements:
Must be 18 or older
Comfortable working around LGBTQ+ performers and inclusive content
Comfortable with both mainstream/social-media content and mature themes
Respectful, discreet, punctual, and professional
Prior filming, photography, or production experience is helpful but not required, will train right individual
Must understand and respect consent, personal boundaries, and agreed-upon shot lists
Compensation: negotiable
Location: Most filling will be in Wellsburg or Follansbee
Schedule: The schedule is flexible
All work will be discussed in advance. Participation in any on-camera or mature content is optional and will never be required of the production assistant.
