This furniture piece is a vintage or rustic sawbuck-style tavern table. It features characteristic X-frame trestle legs held together by a central stretcher.
The centerpiece of the cross-base features a traditional tusk tenon joint (also called a keyed mortise-and-tenon), where a removable wooden wedge or peg locks the interlocking base firmly into the center stretcher.
It is worn, but could be refinished to look nice.
