Have your Class A CDL but haven't had the opportunity to get behind the wheel professionally? Weβre looking for qualified new CDL drivers and recent truck driving school graduates to join our growing driver team.
Opportunities may include OTR, regional, dedicated, and select local routes, depending on your location and available freight.
Get Paid While You Gain Experience
Starting your trucking career doesn't have to mean figuring everything out on your own. Our structured training program puts you with an experienced professional driver so you can develop the skills and confidence needed to become a successful solo driver.
What to Expect During Training
Approximately 4 weeks of paid OTR training
One-on-one experience with a qualified driver trainer
Hands-on instruction in real-world trucking operations
Valuable over-the-road driving experience
$650β$900 per week during training, depending on the hiring area
Initial Training Home Time
Plan on being out with your trainer for the first 30 days. Home time is normally not available during this initial training period.
Depending on the location and freight, some dedicated or local opportunities may offer more frequent home time.

What Happens After Training?
After successfully completing the training program, you'll typically receive 2β5 days off before speaking with driver management about available positions.
At that point, we'll look at your location, experience, and preferences to determine which driving opportunity is the best fit.
Many newly licensed drivers start in OTR positions, with home time generally occurring every 10β14 days.
Our OTR operation allows you to spend nights in the truck while operating in your home state plus approximately three additional states. This gives new drivers the opportunity to build valuable OTR experience while operating within a more manageable regional area.
Depending on freight and your location, regional, dedicated, and select local positions may also be available. Local opportunities are generally concentrated around larger metropolitan areas.
