Bear is 15 years old, 15.3 hands, built like a tank and sweet as a Teddy Bear. He is kind, good with the farrier, trailers and stands tied like a perfect gentleman. Has had chiropractic, teeth floated, wormed, just got shoes on his front and vetted. He has good teeth, no signs of arthritis or joint issues and no bad habits he really is an angel to handle and ride. We are slashing his re-homing fee as he has Navicular. Vet prescribed shoes on the front with some break over and cushion and Equioxx ($40-50 a month). Vet says he can be ridden walk, trot some canter but no speed work such as roping etc. Trail rides on easier terrain. Would be great for kids, inexperienced adults, someone who just wants a nice gelding to get on for a nice weekend ride or to show in the lighter exertion show classes. This guy has a been there done that attitude about everything we have asked of him.
