Welding trouble (Minneapolis)

I inquired a 125 flex Chicago welder they messed up the wires inside and I can't understand the black and white paper diagram and j can't for the life of me find a image to help and AI I thought was helping but would say one thing and then say something different and nothing I tried has worked so please please please if there's anyone with the same welder I will make it worth your time to take 10 minutes out your day to take the sides of and send me pics of the wires.
