Citizen is opening another Houston location! After building a vibrant community in Montrose, we are officially heading to Clear Lake/ Webster area, and we are looking for energetic, warm-hearted Servers to help us open our doors. As a member of our New Restaurant Opening (NRO) team, you won’t just be a Server; you’ll be a founding member of a neighborhood spot known for Aussie-inspired all-day fare and a genuine passion for people.
About the Role
We’re looking for experienced hospitality pros (1–2 years of Server or Barista experience preferred). You’ll be at the heart of our service, ensuring every guest feels like a local from day one.

What We Offer
-Competitive Pay: $3 per hour base + 100% of tips. Estimated total compensation: 15–19+ per hour

Details & Availability
-Location: Webster, Houston
-Schedule: Both Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Full weekend availability is required to capture the buzz of our busiest brunch and dinner hours.
