This appears to be complete and is in good condition, but is untested. My dad says it was working when uninstalled, and is confident it still works, but there are no guarantees. The little baggie has hardware in it like screws and other pieces, but I don't know if everything is actually there. I would think if something is missing, it can be replaced fairly cheap at a hardware store. Please view/zoom in on all pictures; I also have more pictures but was limited to 10 on here.
