Chianti Pizzeria is a new casual dining restaurant specializing in fresh pasta, pizza, and panuozzo. We are preparing to open and are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our opening team.
Responsibilities
Help manage daily restaurant operations
Supervise and support front- and back-of-house staff
Assist with scheduling and employee management
Handle customer questions and resolve issues
Help maintain service, food, and cleanliness standards
Support inventory, ordering, and other management tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous management experience, preferably in a restaurant setting
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable, organized, and professional
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work weekends
