This is a vintage air hose reel made by Appleton Electric Company. No plastic on this gem! Has brass rollers and cast base. turns smoothly and has a working air line with fittings. Not sure if these locked in position but this does not. It either is rolled up or you pull it out, no stops. From days gone by and old gas stations that had these for customers to fill tires. Hang in your shop/garage or collect as vintage equipment.616-two93-955five
