🚨 Fast Guard Service is seeking a dependable, professional, and observant Unarmed Security Patrol Officer to perform scheduled property inspections twice per week.
This is a great opportunity for a security professional looking for flexible, recurring patrol work. The officer will be responsible for conducting thorough exterior and interior property checks, identifying security or safety concerns, and submitting detailed reports after each patrol.
🔍 PATROL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
🏢 Exterior / Perimeter Checks
Inspect all exterior doors, windows, gates, fences, and access points.
Lock or unlock designated gates when required.
Check the property for signs of trespassing, vandalism, attempted entry, theft, or suspicious activity.
Look for damaged doors, windows, locks, fencing, or other signs of unauthorized access.
Inspect exterior lighting and report outages or poorly lit areas.
Identify and document visible safety hazards or property damage.
Maintain awareness of suspicious persons or vehicles around the property.
🚶 Interior Building Checks
Conduct a walkthrough of authorized interior areas.
Check for evidence of unauthorized entry, vandalism, squatters, or other suspicious activity, particularly if the property is vacant.
Inspect for visible property damage, unsecured doors/windows, water leaks, unusual odors, or other safety concerns.
Confirm designated areas appear secure before completing the patrol.
📱 REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION
Complete a Daily Activity Report (DAR) after every patrol.
Provide clear and accurate documentation of the property's condition.
Take required photographs during the site check.
Immediately report serious security concerns, property damage, suspected criminal activity, or emergencies.
Complete a detailed Incident Report whenever an incident occurs.
Contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary and follow all applicable post orders.
📅 SCHEDULE
Unarmed Patrol Service – 2 Site Checks Per Week
This is a recurring patrol assignment. Officers must be dependable and able to complete each scheduled inspection as assigned.
💰 PAY RATE
💵 $150 PER COMPLETED SITE CHECK
💵 2 REQUIRED SITE CHECKS PER WEEK
💵 $300 TOTAL WEEKLY PAY
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The assigned officer must complete BOTH scheduled site checks each week to fulfill the weekly assignment requirements.
Each site check must be completed in full, including the required exterior and interior patrol, photographs, Daily Activity Report (DAR), and documentation of any security or safety concerns.
