Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced carpenters with strong skills in both interior and exterior finish work. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with trim, doors, cabinetry, siding, decking, and other fine carpentry details. You will be responsible for high-quality installation and repair work on residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform interior finish carpentry including doors, trim, casing, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, and custom millwork.
Complete exterior finish carpentry including siding (wood, Hardie, composite), soffits, fascia, decking, and exterior trim.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with precision.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Maintain clean and safe job sites in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of finish carpentry experience (interior and/or exterior).
Proficiency with measuring, cutting, and installation tools.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (travel to job sites required).
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in craftsmanship.
