This is a weird one, this small trailer has a title. It is 42" x 60" and has 4.00-12 tires that are bad, they're mounted on 5 bolt rims. (Not sure on the bolt pattern). No gate, sides are very rotten. Hitch has been modified to be a pin hitch. Title says its a 2009 and the brand is homemade. I couldn't find a data plate on it.
This is from an estate and comes with
the title in only the husband's name who died first
husbands death certificate
the wife's will
the wife's power of attorney, who signed the title as the seller
Plate renewal card from 2020
If you're not ok with that, just pass on buying it. If there happens to be an issue getting the title in your name, I have no way to get more info. or paperwork.
