Looking for an all-around able-bodied individual for general labor/handyman position at nice location in Waterloo.
Someone that has a variety of skills and knows their way around tools, equipment, vehicles and materials.
A go to individual that can assist the carpenter, groundskeeper, and property owner with the things they can't get to or are too busy to do.
Work varies from general labor:
-Groundskeeping (wood processing, brush removal, weed whacking, lawn mowing, raking, etc)
-Pressure washing
-Stacking and organizing construction materials
-Tool management
-Digging
-Snow removal (Plowing, snow blowing, shoveling, ice melt)
-Cleaning
To handyman type duties:
-Painting
-Measure and cutting lumber
-Fixing tools
-Fixing leaking faucet
To some more involved tasks:
-Vehicle maintenance (oil changes, brakes, headlight replacement, etc)
-Small engine repair if possible (Generators, lawn equipment, tools, etc)
This is a very important role and will be considered a part-time flexible position at first but could lead to full time as company grows.
*On-site living situation possible
Non-smoking preferred.
Must have way to work and have a valid driver's license.
