We are seeking an experienced, dependable tile installation subcontractor for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects throughout Metro Detroit.
We are looking for skilled tile professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and completing projects on schedule.
Scope of Work Includes:
Ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile installation
Bathroom shower walls, shower floors, and tub surrounds
Kitchen backsplashes and floor tile
Shower waterproofing
Cement backer board and substrate preparation
Tile layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing
Shower niches, tile edging, and trim installation
Proper surface preparation and waterproofing
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of professional tile installation experience preferred
Extensive kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience
Strong knowledge of waterproofing and tile installation methods
Own professional tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
References and photos of completed projects required
Liability insurance preferred
Compensation & Project Structure:
All projects are awarded on a fixed-price, labor-only quotation basis.
We supply all tile, setting materials, waterproofing materials, backer board, grout, and related installation materials.
Subcontractors provide their own tools, equipment, transportation, and labor.
We provide the project scope and specifications for review.
Subcontractors submit a fixed labor quote for each project.
Pricing and scope must be agreed upon before work begins.
