1 mechanical issue: transmission was diagnosed as a cracked flywheel and was replaced (5 year warranty at S&S transmission in Groton), however the shop noted the timing chain tensioner seems to be failing, allowing an interference with the starter. they recommended taking it to the dealer for service.
