Earrings for pierced ears. They are unmarked, but do not appear to be sterling silver.
They can be worn with or without the silvery pink and blue glass beads. As shown in the last photo, these are sewn to a small piece of leather which is attached to the back, and could be easily removed.
With the glass beads, they are about 3" long. The medallion itself is about 1.5" long, and 1" wide.
