We are looking for an experienced, dependable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in wood framing and general construction and take pride in producing high-quality work.
**Responsibilities:**
* Frame walls, floors, roofs, and trusses according to plans.
* Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
* Measure, cut, and install lumber and other building materials accurately.
* Set roof trusses, rafters, windows, and doors.
* Install sheathing, blocking, and structural supports.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
* Maintain a clean and organized job site.
* Follow all safety procedures and building codes.
* Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
**Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in residential or commercial framing.
* Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
* Knowledge of construction methods and safe work practices.
* Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience setting engineered roof trusses.
* Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or telehandlers.
* Basic concrete or finish carpentry experience is a plus.
